Essay Contest

In February 2016, we launched our inaugural IT TAKES TWO, INC Essay Contest. This is a nationwide contest open to middle and high school students.

The purpose of the essay contest is to introduce effective essay writing skills to students at a younger age, promote and encourage critical thinking skills and expressive writing. In doing so, students will excel in high school and ultimately college when completing scholarship applications.

Contests are held once a quarter and the winner receives $100 cash reward to be used toward academic activities (i.e. college fund, summer tutoring/programs).

As of February 2017, we have awarded three (3) Greenbelt Middle School (MD) students.
